    Exit junction 8 (Leeds Castle) of M20. Turn right onto the A20 signposted Bearsted, after 1.25 miles turn right into 'Roundwell' and after 500 metres take the next right into 'Water Lane'. Cobham Manor will be found approx. 1 mile on the right.
